Processore che va oltre qualsiasi aspettativa. La cpu di punta di casa AMD è riuscita nell’intento di offrire nella fascia consumer un prodotto che fino poco tempo fa era relegato alla fascia HEDT. Otto core, sedici thread, velocità che supera facilmente i 4 ghz. Tutto quello che serve è un buon dissipatore. Io personalmente ho messo un AIO deepcool castle 360. Firstly, AMD Ryzen 3000 series was over hyped as hell. I was so ready to switch sides to team red after a long and hated devotion to Intel. Yet…
1) You need 570x motherboards to make Ryzen work out of the box. The 570x series are very expensive and more expensive than the Intel counter part. I switched from Strix E gaming AMD to Strix E Gaming Intel and intel was $100 cheaper.

Ja er ist nur geringfügig schneller als ein 3700X. Aber trotzdem schneller ;-). Er ist beim Gaming dafür aber in etwa so schnell wie ein 3900x und er lässt sich allcore besser übertakten. Für ein High End System wo es nicht auf die letzen 3 Watt zum Sparen ankommt die bessere Wahl. Lässt sich locker auf 4,4 GHz allcore übertakten. Mit einem gescheiten Prozessorkühler wie Mugen 5 PCGH und Noctua Gehäuselüftern mit angepasster Lüfterkurve wir er auch nicht zu heiss und bleibt schön leise . Betreibe ihn mit RTX 2080 TI. Ho sostituito il mio Ryzen 5 2600X con questo 7 3800X e devo dire che il boost di performace è notevole. Il mio PC è utilizzato principalmente per simulazione di guida su monitor 2K a 144Hz oppure con visore Oculus Rift e devo dire che la differenza più che vedersi, la si sente, nel senso che con i dettagli tutti a ultra, il PC non fa una piega. Ovvio sotto gira una RTX 2070 Super, 16Gb di Ram e un hd SSD, un super PC, adesso.

Acquistato 3800x per soli 20 euro in piu rispetto al 3700x. Abbinato con una 2070 super tutti i giochi vanno fluidi e con alti FPS. Le frequenze del processore, senza toccare il bios e abbinato alla scheda madre x570 tuf wifi, sono sempre 4.2 ghz+ arrivando tranquillamente anche ai 4.5 ghz pubblicizzati sotto sforzo.

Ottimo processore, peccato che Amd non abbia ancora perfezionato i driver e per questo rimane con voltaggi alti anche a desktop e conseguenti 50 gradi senza usarlo ( 80 in uso come qualsiasi altro processore)

Also, Nachdem der erste 3800x zwar um ca. 20 % schneller und 40 % weniger Strom gebraucht hat als mein 2700x war ich dennoch nicht ganz zufrieden denn die angegebenen 4,5 Ghz hat er nie und mit keiner Einstellung erreicht, bei 4,35 auf allen Kernen bzw. 4,4 mit ccx Einstellung ( in ccx 1, weil dort die beiden besten Kerne waren – das ist aber bei jedem anders) , ausserdem war das Temperaturlimit von 95° trotz Wakü sehr rasch erreicht. Nach Rücksprache mit dem technischen Support von Amazon ( vielen Dank nochmals) habe ich die erste CPU…

Mi sono finalmente convinto di passare da un vecchio PC assemblato nel 2014 alla nuova generazione di processori acquistando questo processore e una buona scheda madre compatibile (trovate la recensione della scheda nel mio profilo se interessati).

Currently I own both a 3700x and a 3800x. I have owned the 3700x since ryzen 3000 released, as it was all that was available at the time, and I had no interest in the 3900x for my uses.
I decided to switch to a 3800x as my 3700x was not a particularly good example and required fairly high voltage for a good all core overclock.
The 3800x is the complete opposite. I am able to hold much higher all core on much lower voltage, leading to low temperatures, as well as hold a 1900Mhz infinity fabric clock.

Un pò come tutti i ryzen tende a scaldare un pò troppo, la temperatura arriva a 95 gradi sotto stress test pur senza overclock. L’ho provata su diverse schede madri ed il risultato è il medesimo. Quindi personalmente ho preferito non overclockare.
Per il resto: rapporto/qualità prezzo eccezionale.

Installazione molto semplice e performance, a mio modesto parere, ottime sia in game che nel multitasking. Quello che ho letto settimane fa sulle temperature di tale CPU non sembravano confortanti ma con gli ultimi aggiornamenti del bios direi che assolutamente ragionevole.
Premesso che ho un case molto areato con 6 ventole operative + dissipatore a liquido della corsair radiatore 280 e relative ventole. temperatura ambiente 21-23°.
