I bought this mobo to pair it with ryzen 5 5600x and 32gb of ddr4-3600 ram. Theres an issue with the current bios where mobo doesnt boot or will go into a bootloop if ram is running at 3600 mhz. to save myself the headache i returned this mobo and got a asus b550 gaming plus, which had no issues booting.

I bought this board intending to use my old graphics card until I get enough money for a new one. It boots to a black screen that says “no graphics output protocol support detected for this graphics card. Recommend replacing with GOP/UEFI graphics card or using integrated graphics for having normal function. Press any key to shut down the system.
Unless you have a UEFI/GOP graphics card or integrated graphics you can’t boot into the BIOS to change the boot setting that makes it work without a UEFI compatible card. When I borrowed my…

A very nice motherboard, delivered quickly in a very nice condition, installation with AMD Ryzen 5 3600 was easy. Little challenge to boot with M.2 slot: what you need to do is disconnect all the drives on SATA, and switch to CSM mode in bios (cause my SSD was not configured in UEFI), once boot up from M.2 slot, connect back SATA drives, it works perfectly.

This B550 board for me checked all the right boxes.
I paired this with an AMD 3600XT which allowed me to use PCIe 4.0 which I used for my storage solution. Blazing fast.
