Bought to store photos & videos to free up internal storage space on my OnePlus mobile phone (Android).
Plugged direct into phone via the USB – C adapter (included) and could easily cut & paste the files via the phone’s file manager.

Ok i bought this to solve two problems for me . 1st was my phone kept filling up with videos and took so long to transfer them online and 2 (i found this out after i bought it .) But this can speed up old laptops if you run the os off the slim ssd it can make a old laptop brand new literally speeding up every process . I didnt think it was possible but aftersearchimg on fiver i found someone to transfer all the data and then it speeds up the laptop alot . Very happy

My load times for fallout 76 takes about 10s from the moment I click to join a public world.
I’m using an Xbox 1 X with the original hdd this SSD makes games less glitchy too because of the ability of the SSD to send the information to the ram so quick.
Translates to less glitchy gameplay in general for most games.

Bought for an external drive for my Samsung Galaxt Tab S4,running Android v10.Plugged drive in (worked fine),and copied a movie to test its performance. Movie played fine.Then placed into my laptop.(still worked ok).When replaced into my tablet error usb not found.
Checked the Format which was ntfs.Reformated to exfat to no avail. Usb drive would only work on windows 10 laptop.Tried once more in tablet but it immediately ran terribly slow.Have returned to Amazon for refund.Pity because I was really looking forward to using a 1 tb ssd drive.

Nella descrizione è specificata una velocità di scrittura di 450 Mb/sec, ma nella pratica la velocità massima è di circa 40 Mb/sec. Provato con altri 3 computer meno performanti dell’Intel Core i5, ovviamente la velocità è ancora inferiore, massimo 30 Mb/sec. Ovviamente i tempi di trasferimento dati diventa biblica. Vedi foto con le caratteristiche di due computer e della velocità di trasferimento.

Arrivato con la solita tempestività. L’ho subito messo ad archiviare molti file e non ho avuto alcun problema nè di velocità od altro. Non l’ adoperato al massimo delle capacità, ma penso che non ci siano problemi. La capacità è stata determinata dalle mie esigenze.

L’ssd usato come boot per un raspberrypi4 si surriscaldava in modo eccessivo causando rallentamenti e malfunzionamenti del sistema. Non è adatto ad essere usato in modo costante.

Firstly its a nice and compact form at a reasonable price. I bought it as a time machine backup for my new 24″ iMac. It would intermittently not appear on my iMac on startup so have to manually reconnect. If it wasn’t for this issue it would of been a superb product but it just wasn’t up to the job. Plus it doesn’t come with an outright USB-C cable but an adapter which is disappointing considering the price.

Il disco si presenta bene, molto compatto ed elegante. In dotazione cavo usb e un adattatore usb c. È presente anche una custodia di similpelle. Purtroppo il mio esemplare aveva problemi di connessione: ho fatto molta fatica a farla riconoscere dal pc ed a formattarla. Dopo numerose su 2 pc diversi ci sono riuscito a trasferire alcuni file, ma spesso si bloccava e disconnetteva ed inoltre diventava bollente in meno di 5 minuti. Sono riuscito a fare 1 solo test che allego (come vedete va come un ssd sata). Peccato davvero, era promettente ma ho dovuto fare il reso, dato che non è propriamente economica sto valutando se riprenderla o prendere direttamente un disco nvme da mettere in adattatore che si trovano da 500gb sui 50€.
