Ho fatto un benchmark di questo nuovo nvme, da nuovo di zecca conferma i valori riportati in descrizione quindi niente da dire. Speriamo solo che rimangano costanti anche dopo qualche anno di funzionamento

The price is unbeatable. The speeds are as the specs. Is assd i got a score of 2668. Crystal disk mark 1862 reading and 1701 write. I hope it lasts but looks promising.

Mantiene le promesse in efficienza, la max efficienza ovviamente con USB 3.0. Affidabile come disco di backup. Attenzione: se connesso al pc tramite hub è indispensabile che l’hub sia alimentato.

La velocità di lettura e scrittura è confrontabile con quella di altri prodotti analoghi , però il prezzo è più conveniente. Darei 5 stelle proprio in considerazione di questo rapporto favorevole, ma in realtà la velocità è un poco più ridotta rispetto alla concorrenza, forse perchè la taglia da soli 250 gb che ho acquistato è un pò più lenta per via delle minori dimensioni. Probabilmente da 500gb in su le velocità rispetto agli altri produttori si livellano.

Facile da installare, non soddisfa a pieno le mie esigenze, indubbiamente più performante rispetto a un normale hard disk, ma penso che lo restituirò, perché nel mio caso c’è poca differenza. Ottimo per pc molto lenti, indubbiamente li renderà dei fulmini.

I’ve known of the NETAC brand for quite a while but never bought any of their products. I got this 256GB NVMe drive to go into an older system that would support such devices, primarily for the operating system as it’s just about the right capacity.
You don’t get much in the box, just a screw to fix it to your motherboard – some brands include a heatsink but it’s debatable as to whether you need one unless you’re writing to the drive 24/7.
Installation was a breeze, made easier because I was doing a clean install of the operating system. Note that you don’t get any kind of cloning software with this however.
This is a Gen 3 NVMe drive and as such has good performance but not blisteringly fast, however it will be significantly faster than any older drive you have in your computer right now and will make it feel like a new computer.
You get a 3 year warranty for the drive which is about right for this price point, a lot of cheaper devices are restricted to 1 year.
Overall this is a pretty solid no frills NVMe drive, good price and performance and a decent warranty to boot.

It fitted as per instructions and windows found it no problem. Using it just for storage at this time. New motherboard on its way so will use it as boot drive.

I didn’t want to break the bank for an SSD in a home file server so I decided to give this a try. At less than £27 (at the time of purchase) for 250GB, it seemed like a decent offer. The drive has been solid for me over the past 8 months. I’ve had no failed writes, nor have I experienced any loss of I/O performance under sustained loads. It’s not the quickest of NVMe drives but it was far from expensive so I’m delighted with the performance considering what I’d paid.
I’ve noticed that the price has jumped up by ~50% since I bought it, bringing it back up against much better known and arguably more reputable brands such as WD, Kingston, Crucial, etc in terms of pricing so this is perhaps a harder sell now it is more expensive. That being said, I’m very pleased with mine and Netac has made an excellent first impression on me.
