Phone arrived today but disappointed with the cosmetic look as clearly it has been dropped given the damage to the corner casing. Suspect screen has been replaced as seems like glue on the edge of screen too. This will be going back. Definitely not like new as many other reviews suggest.

The product arrived with scuffs and scratches on all edges, the back was loosely fitted and cheap feeling in comparison to a brand new iPhone 11 I had previously bought brand new. Item was described as :looks like new” and I would not have purchased this phone knowing the Category C like condition of this handset.
If less than 1 star was an option, I would have selected.
Deeply disappointed with the service received, considering I was a previously very happy Amazon Renewed customer.

The phone arrived on time but is cosmetically poor. Scratches all over the front screen although the listing says these wouldn’t be visible at 30cm (12”), they are! As the listing is for a “renewed” phone, I guess I was expecting more, especially after seeing reviews of phones that turn up “like new”.
WARNING: It appears to be luck of the draw!
Now I have to return the item at my own cost before a refund is given. This isn’t what I expected from Amazon!

Arrivato in anticipo rispetto alla data di consegna stimata; il telefono esteticamente è perfetto solo un minimo graffio sul retro. Stato batteria 100%!
Lo sto usando da quasi un mese e ne sono molto più che soddisfatta!! Assolutamente consigliato!

Articolo di quasi 600 Euro arrivato in una insignificante scatoletta; ma quel che è peggio è che il prodotto ha funzionato male sin dall’inizio. Di fatto non consentiva di telefonare e si collegava a internet solo col wi-fi. Abbiamo fatto verifiche con l’operatore e sostituita la SIM; l’assistenza on-line Apple ha provato con un aggiornamento: nulla. Alla fine un Centro Assistenza Apple ha diagnosticato: MODULO CELLULARE NON FUNZIONANTE. Non una cosetta da poco per un ricondizionato presentato come perfetto e non proprio regalato. Un ricondizionato acquistato alcuni anni fa da un altro venditore funziona ancora perfettamente: forse il venditore era molto più affidabile.

Devo dire di esser stato piacevolmente colpito dal Ricondizionato Amazon.
è il primo telefono “usato” che acquisto, dopo aver letto le varie recensioni non ne ero convinto al 100% ma credo che mi sia andata bene.
Telefono arrivato dopo un giorno, nessun segno di usura se non le ditate sullo schermo (pulite con salvietta dedicata), stato della batteria ancora al 100%.
Per quello che ho speso mi aspettavo un pacco con protezione e non una busta con inserito all’interno la sola scatola dell’iphone.
Vedo come si comporta nelle prossime settimane, nel caso di malfunzionamenti ritornerò a scrivere 🙂

Battery health was at 94% which is very good.
No visible scratches or marks, looks brand new.
Also come with cable and plug, no headphones.
Would highly recommend this product.

Das iPhone kam in Originalverpackung und mit Originalzubehör an, das einzige was fehlte war der „Schlüssel“ für das Simkarten-Fach.
Akkuleistung steht noch bei 100% und auch sonst bis jetzt technisch alles super! Auch optisch keinerlei Fehler oder Gebrauchsspuren am Gerät! Alles in allem mehr als zufrieden!

Impossibile caricare il contenuto multimediale.
Ho comprato questo iPhone 11 dal negozio dubaitalia, è arrivato con un imballaggio eccezionale (una giornata per tirarlo fuori tante erano le protezioni) ho trovato, al suo interno, caricatore (non originale) e, ovviamente il telefono. Esteticamente non ha nemmeno un minimo graffio, tutti i fori sono lindi, nuovo.
Una volta acceso sono andato nelle impostazioni, e, come potete vedere la batteria è al 100%.
Sono andato anche in info, e, anche qui, si riconferma la perfezione del telefono, è completamente originale.

Sinceramente ero molto diffidente di questo prodotto ricondizionato ma una arrivato a casa mi sono ricreduto! Ovviamente non è arrivato con la scatola originale ma la prima cosa che si nota quando si apre la scatola è l’iPhone 11 e sotto c’è uno scompartimento con caricabatterie certificato ovviamente presente sia per l’iPhone che per il caricabatterie. L’iPhone funziona a meraviglia non c’è niente di malfunzionante è arrivato in perfette condizioni!. Questa recensione è stata fatta dopo 1 mese che ho ricevuto l’iPhone.

Spedizione super veloce!! Il telefono è in OTTIME CONDIZIONI ma non credo che batteria e schermo siano originali. Credo anche che sia importato dall’americano,visto che la forma della presa nello scatolo è di quelle americane.
