Arriva dalla Francia e a parte la scatola non originale il prodotto era marchiato nuovo e difatti e è perfetto senza il minimo segno di utilizzo o usura. Probabilmente un prodotto da esposizione.. Solo la batteria e ra al 97% che dimostra che è stato più volte caricato. Nel complesso molto soddisfatto

This was a great purchase, came the morning after I ordered it. Not a single scratch or dent, looks brand new and the battery health came at 100%

Be very careful and look at the battery health.
My battery life was quite low when it arrived.
After only 5 weeks of use,fell a further 2%.
I sent a message about this to the seller but the reply I got was NOT helpful AT ALL.
So please be vigilant when you purchase from them.

Bought this as a present gift for my mom, she loves it!
She can see the screen and can get around the UI easy enough. Also photos are spot on and she loves taking pictures from grandkids to recipes, everything gets a pic!
Overall a great gift and great condition for the phone, got a nice non-stick case for it too.
10/10 would buy again (and have before)

Il telefono nei primi 6 mesi non ha avuto problemi, poi lo schermo ha iniziato a “sfarfallare” anche se non è mai caduto ed è sempre stato tenuto in maniera maniacale con protezione schermo. Una volta contattato il venditore non ha saputo in alcun modo risolvere il problema, ho provveduto a sostituire a mie spese l’intero schermo nonostante ancora fosse in garanzia con il venditore. L’iPhone è sempre un ottimo acquisto, non sto a recensire tale prodotto, sarebbe ridicolo, ma vi consiglio solamente di comprarlo da un altro venditore, almeno non incorrerete nei miei stessi problemi

Ho fatto il reso perché il telefono ricondizionato era pieno di problemi…. amazon dopo 2-3 settimane mi dice di aver ricevuto il pacco vuoto!

I have an IPhone 12 and the iPhone 11 is much better. So having given away my last one, purchased this as a spare. It’s been refurbished to a very high standard. If you didn’t know, you would think it was brand new! Full marks to the company.
